Sweet box mod IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a box mod for sweet
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.1 per 10 ml.
The short version: sweet in Panama City works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet box mod really costs in Panama City
We run sweet the same way in Panama City: same box mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sweet in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised B/.32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.1 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sweet in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sweet the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.1 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
