Sweet box mod IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Sweet is allowed to say
Sweet in Panama City reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Sweet sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: sweet in Panama City works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet box mod really costs in Panama City
The honest read on sweet: 23 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sweet in Panama City survives.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does sweet in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 3 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
