Sweet box mod IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at sweet in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet box mod really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sweet in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.09 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
How long does sweet in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.09 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
