Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Sweet cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.94 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet cartomizer really costs in Panama City
The honest read on sweet: 19 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.94 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sweet in a cartomizer last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sweet the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.94 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
