Sweet mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run sweet the same way in Panama City: same mesh tank, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on sweet: 13 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: sweet in Panama City works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet mesh tank really costs in Panama City
A sweet mesh tank from the discounted options in Panama costs about B/.1.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sweet in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sweet in a mesh tank last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
