Sweet nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run sweet the same way in Panama City: same nicotine salt bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, nicotine salt bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet nicotine salt bottle really costs in Panama City
Sweet in a nicotine salt bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested sweet in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Panama.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
How long does sweet in a nicotine salt bottle last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
