Sweet pen device IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Sweet pen device here
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.19 per 10 ml.
A sweet pen device from the best options in Panama costs about B/.2.19 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: sweet in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet pen device really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sweet in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.19 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
