Sweet pen device IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Sweet pen device here
A sweet pen device from the budget options in Panama costs about B/.1.66 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sweet in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet pen device really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sweet in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Panama.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised B/.58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.66 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Is sweet legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
