Sweet pen device IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on sweet: 21 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at sweet in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: sweet in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet pen device really costs in Panama City
We run sweet the same way in Panama City: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sweet in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Panama.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sweet in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.49 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does sweet in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
