Sweet pen device IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
We run sweet the same way in Panama City: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Sweet in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet pen device really costs in Panama City
Sweet sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sweet in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.13 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
