Sweet pen device IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a pen device for sweet
A sweet pen device from the reviewed options in Panama costs about B/.2.31 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sweet in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet pen device really costs in Panama City
We run sweet the same way in Panama City: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sweet in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sweet the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.31 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
