Sweet refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sweet habit
If you are looking at sweet in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on sweet: 24 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet refill pack really costs in Panama City
Sweet sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sweet in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Panama.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.12 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.12 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
Is sweet legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
