Sweet starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Sweet in Panama City: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sweet habit
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.03 per 10 ml.
Sweet sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: sweet in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet starter kit really costs in Panama City
The honest read on sweet: 9 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Panama.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sweet the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.03 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How long does sweet in a starter kit last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
