How we tested Sweet zero-nicotine bottle here
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you are looking at sweet in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long sweet tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sweet zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sweet in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sweet bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.9 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.9 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sweet the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.9 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
