Tobacco box mod IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Tobacco in Panama City: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a box mod for tobacco
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Tobacco in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco box mod really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested tobacco in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.55 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
How long does tobacco in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
