Tobacco cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Tobacco in Panama City: 18 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Panama
Tobacco cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on tobacco: 18 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: tobacco in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco cartomizer really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested tobacco in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
How long does tobacco in a cartomizer last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
