Tobacco pen device IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Tobacco in Panama City: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tobacco in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Tobacco pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco pen device really costs in Panama City
The honest read on tobacco: 9 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.56 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does tobacco in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
