Tobacco RDA IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Tobacco in Panama City: 6 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Tobacco in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: tobacco in Panama City works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco RDA really costs in Panama City
The honest read on tobacco: 6 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Panama.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Panama City survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Packaging for tobacco in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
