Tobacco refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Tobacco in Panama City: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Panama
Tobacco refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run tobacco the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.03 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tobacco in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
