Tobacco zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Tobacco in Panama City: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
If you are looking at tobacco in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run tobacco the same way in Panama City: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Panama City
The honest read on tobacco: 14 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.58 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
Is tobacco legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
