Tropical 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Tropical in Panama City: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tropical habit
The honest read on tropical: 23 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested tropical in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Panama City survives.
- Treating the advertised B/.46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.39 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.39 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.46 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does tropical in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
