Tropical pen device IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Tropical in Panama City: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with tropical in Panama
A tropical pen device from the reviewed options in Panama costs about B/.1.67 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run tropical the same way in Panama City: same pen device, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: tropical in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical pen device really costs in Panama City
Tropical in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tropical in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is tropical legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
