Tropical refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Tropical in Panama City: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a refill pack for tropical
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.15 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical refill pack really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at tropical in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tropical in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.15 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
How long does tropical in a refill pack last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.15 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should tropical start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
