Tropical refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Tropical in Panama City: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Tropical is allowed to say
The honest read on tropical: 20 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Tropical in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested tropical in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.05 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | B/.48 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.3.05 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
