Tropical starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Tropical in Panama City: 16 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
Tropical starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical starter kit really costs in Panama City
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.95 per 10 ml.
How we tested tropical in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.95 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How long does tropical in a starter kit last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
