Tropical sub-ohm kit IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Tropical in Panama City: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Tropical sub-ohm kit here
If you are looking at tropical in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested tropical in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.86 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.86 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
