Vanilla 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Vanilla in Panama City: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the vanilla habit
The honest read on vanilla: 23 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Vanilla in Panama City reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested vanilla in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Panama.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.22 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.22 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
