Vanilla pen device IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Vanilla in Panama City: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What vanilla costs in Panama City
Vanilla in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you are looking at vanilla in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla pen device really costs in Panama City
Vanilla pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested vanilla in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised B/.53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.76 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
How long does vanilla in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
