Vanilla pen device IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Vanilla in Panama City: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Vanilla is allowed to say
Vanilla in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Vanilla pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla pen device really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested vanilla in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised B/.35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.33 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
