Vanilla pen device IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Vanilla in Panama City: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a pen device for vanilla
A vanilla pen device from the bulk options in Panama costs about B/.1.97 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Vanilla in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla pen device really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested vanilla in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does vanilla in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 3 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
