Vanilla RDA IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Vanilla in Panama City: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
If you are looking at vanilla in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on vanilla: 21 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: vanilla in Panama City works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla RDA really costs in Panama City
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.16 per 10 ml.
How we tested vanilla in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised B/.28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.16 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.16 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
