Vanilla refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Vanilla in Panama City: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a refill pack for vanilla
We run vanilla the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.96 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Panama City
A vanilla refill pack from the cheapest options in Panama costs about B/.2.96 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.96 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
How long does vanilla in a refill pack last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
