Vanilla refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Vanilla in Panama City: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Vanilla is allowed to say
Vanilla in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: vanilla in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Panama City
Vanilla sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.35 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.35 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
