Vanilla refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Vanilla in Panama City: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a refill pack for vanilla
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.63 per 10 ml.
The honest read on vanilla: 21 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Panama City
A vanilla refill pack from the bulk options in Panama costs about B/.2.63 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Panama City survives.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for vanilla in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
Is vanilla legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
