Vanilla starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Vanilla in Panama City: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
If you are looking at vanilla in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Vanilla in Panama City reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla starter kit really costs in Panama City
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.03 per 10 ml.
How we tested vanilla in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.03 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions

On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.03 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does vanilla in a starter kit last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
