Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.89 per 10 ml.
The short version: blackcurrant in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant starter kit really costs in Panama City
Blackcurrant in Panama City reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested blackcurrant in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long blackcurrant in Panama City survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here

Not automatically. On blackcurrant the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.89 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.

On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.89 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
