Candy pen device IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Candy in Panama City: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Candy is allowed to say
A candy pen device from the starter options in Panama costs about B/.2.53 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Candy pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy pen device really costs in Panama City
Candy in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where candy goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Panama City survives.
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
