Citrus pen device IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Citrus in Panama City: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Citrus pen device here
The honest read on citrus: 16 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.58 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at citrus in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Panama.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Panama City survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
