Cream 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
The honest read on cream: 16 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A cream 30 ml shortfill from the budget options in Panama costs about B/.3.23 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: cream in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cream in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Panama.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Panama City survives.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
