Cream 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 18 units tested over 8 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
We run cream the same way in Panama City: same 60 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.48 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is cream legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
How long does cream in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Panama City we measured 8 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
