Dessert e-liquid bundle IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a e-liquid bundle for dessert
Dessert in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run dessert the same way in Panama City: same e-liquid bundle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: dessert in Panama City works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert e-liquid bundle really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested dessert in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for dessert in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

| Entry kit | B/.32 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.47 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.47 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.47 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
