Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Dessert pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at dessert in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: dessert in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert pen device really costs in Panama City
Dessert in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested dessert in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Panama.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised B/.46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.49 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Panama |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Panama | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | B/.46 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.49 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does dessert in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 3 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
