Dessert refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a refill pack for dessert
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on dessert: 14 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Panama City
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.31 per 10 ml.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How long does dessert in a refill pack last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
