Frozen 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Frozen in Panama City: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with frozen in Panama
Frozen in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.24 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Panama City works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.24 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
