Frozen sub-ohm kit IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Frozen in Panama City: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What frozen costs in Panama City
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Frozen in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: frozen in Panama City works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at frozen in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Panama City survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.18 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
