Graphite refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Graphite in Panama City: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.67 per 10 ml.
A graphite refill pack from the discounted options in Panama costs about B/.1.67 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: graphite in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at graphite in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Panama.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.67 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
