Herbal 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Herbal in Panama City: 10 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
A herbal 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in Panama costs about B/.3.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: herbal in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Herbal in Panama City reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested herbal in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.29 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.29 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
