Herbal RDA IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Herbal in Panama City: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
Herbal in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.95 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal RDA really costs in Panama City
Herbal RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested herbal in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.95 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.95 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How long does herbal in a RDA last?
In Panama City we measured 8 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
