Honey mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Honey in Panama City: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you are looking at honey in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: honey in Panama City works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey mesh tank really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested honey in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every honey bottle shipped into Panama.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where honey goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for honey in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.58 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should honey start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
