Lemon 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Lemon in Panama City: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Lemon is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run lemon the same way in Panama City: same 60 ml bottle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: lemon in Panama City works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at lemon in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested lemon in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Panama.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.89 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
